TITLE IX TRAINING

Yale University partnered with StorySquad to create an HR Preventing and Responding to Sexual Misconduct training module. The goal: create an interactive module that was all inclusive, engaging and very specific.

Here is a clip from the module, and the full training module link is below. Working in an animation format, we had more flexibility and precision in what Yale wished to illustrate and communicate. It cost less than using actors to create specific scenes and easier with deadlines to work in animation. This will be used year after year and can be modified as laws/guidelines change.

INTERNAL CORPORATE MESSAGING (THIS MESSAGE WAS DURING THE PANDEMIC)

During the pandemic, corporations had to find ways to understand and to engage in guidelines for remote office work. This corporate work model was unprecedented. There were so many emails, notices going out, and no way of knowing if the messages were truly resonating. Xerox took a multipurpose step to reach their employees with specific guidelines and with the same video on social media, highlight itself as a company who was proactive, current and creative.

CORPORATE ANNUAL REPORTS: A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Without the aid of TelePrompter, Marriott’s CEO takes us on a tour of the design center in this video annual report. Reflecting the changing way people receive their information, the video was part of a larger interactive, online version that received the Award of Excellence from The Public Relations Society of America.

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION (INTERNAL COMMS OR ON SOCIAL MEDIA)

Xerox Corporation launched a worldwide marketing campaign about employee excellence, including highlighting the tailored “one on one” client services Xerox was proud to promote. This video campaign served several audiences: Internal Communications for employee recognition and marketing used it to engage new and potential clients with a personalized service message.
