A man dressed in a colorful, patch-covered jacket and wearing a wide-brimmed hat with decorative pins is being filmed outside a restaurant named "Marlin's Family Restaurant" by a cameraman and another person. The scene is set in a parking lot with cars visible in the background.

We come from different backgrounds.

The way we work is the same.

Our team includes journalists, filmmakers, and producers who know how to step into a situation quickly, understand what matters, and begin shaping the work.

That approach was built in real production environments where deadlines were real and the margin for error was small.

We listen first.

Then we get to work.

Casey Sattler

Creative Director

Casey has a strong visual instinct for storytelling, shaped by years across broadcast news, animation, and commercial production.

He began his career as a graphic designer and art director at ABC News, contributing animation and design to major broadcasts including Nightline, Good Morning America, and World News Tonight.

That experience allows him to quickly identify what will define the work. For Casey, the content drives the approach.

Whether shaping an idea at the start or refining it in the edit, his focus is the same: finding the clearest way to bring a message to life.

Tina Babarovic

Producer•Writer

Tina is a journalist and producer whose career spans investigative reporting, breaking news, and in-depth coverage of highly technical subjects, including aviation.

She later moved into producing live television in conflict zones, coordinating crews, interpreters, and satellite feeds under conditions where accuracy and timing mattered.

That experience required persistence, preparation, and a relentless focus on getting to the facts. Today, she brings that same instinct to every project—digging into the subject, asking the right questions, and shaping the material into something clear and grounded.

Her work includes international news, corporate storytelling, and educational projects, including time with Yale and Xerox.

Jay Hamilton

Producer & Communications Strategist

Jay brings a newsroom mindset to corporate and advocacy communications.

An Emmy-winning journalist, he began his career reporting in New York and Washington with CBS News, PBS, and ABC-7.

He later moved into corporate communications, helping lead digital media strategy at Marriott International during a period of rapid change in how companies spoke to customers, employees, and investors.

That experience allows him to quickly understand how organizations structure their messaging and how storytelling fits within those priorities.

Jay believes organizations communicate more clearly and move faster when they approach communications with the clarity and discipline of a newsroom.
